Cancellation Policy

Reservations, cancellations and no-shows Policy

At the time of booking, credit card details are obtained and recorded in the reservations diary. If such details are not available, a 10% deposit will be sought. Note that the reservations diary is kept in a secure place to protect clients’ credit card information.

Reservations may be cancelled up to to 1 week prior to the first booked date at no charge.

Reservations cancelled up to 24 hours before but less than 1 week before the first booked date will incur a charge of 10% of the charge for the booked period.

Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the booked date, and no-shows, will be charged 50% of the charge for the booked period.

All charges will be based on the room rate only, at the rate of occupancy of the booking. Any other reservations made on behalf of the clients (such as Farewell Spit Trips) will be subject to the cancellation policies of the provider.

Notwithstanding the above, all charges may be waived if a good reason is provided for the cancellation or no-show, at the discretion of Twin Waters Lodge management. (Such reasons may include illness, or a death in the family.)
