Twin Waters Lodge Luxury Bed and Breakfast
In the post-Covid19 environment, we have lowered our tariff. You will still get a warm welcome from your hosts and optional welcoming drinks with us. We will introduce you to our amenities and the many activities you can do in and around our special place.
We have enhanced our guest kitchenette and included a dining area in the guest lounge. You can now cook all your meals and load your dishes and utensils in the new dishwasher. Breakfast supplies are included in the tariff but we will no longer make your breakfast for you, giving you the freedom to have breakfast whenever you want. We have installed guest laundry facilities, available at no charge. The library is available as a quiet getaway.
As part of our defence against covid, we have been fully vaccinated. To protect everyone, we ask that all our guests are also vaccinated, and can provide evidence of vaccination on request. If you haven’t had your jabs, please don’t book to stay with us.
Safari is our African themed room. It has a queen bed. The private deck screened looks out to the garden.
Naigani is our Pacific Island themed suite. It has a queen bed and a bathroom suitable for the disabled. This suite is wheelchair complaint. The private screened deck looks out to the garden.
Zanzibar displays the African-Arabian mix of this exotic island. It has twin beds. The private screened deck looks out to the garden.
The Shanghai room offers a theme of the orient – mixed Chinese and Japanese decor. It has a queen bed. The private deck looks out over a lawn. This room faces North and gets full sun during the day.

All the bedrooms at Twin Waters Paradise have private decks and ensuite bathrooms, and at 4.8 x 4.8 M they are much more luxurious than most baches and holiday homes.
Check in time from 2.00pm to 6pm (14.00 to 18.00), check out by 10am (10.00). This can be varied by arrangement.

Payment terms: we will provide a pro forma account at the time of confirmation of the reservation or as soon as possible thereafter. Payment should be made not more than 7 days following arrival. For guest payments we take Mastercard and Visa (a 3% credit card charge will apply), EFTPOS, or a direct credit payment can be made to our bank account:

Cancellations made within 7 days of booked date are subject to a charge of 50% of the room rate for the period of the booking, and within 24 hours, 100%. All other cancellations will be charged at 10%.
*Wi-fi is available for guests in most parts of the Lodge, depending on the device. We offer a mini-bar in the room and guests can use the refrigerator in the room to store their own food if they wish.
We provide breakfast materials as part of the tariff,
Dinner can be made available by prior arrangement at an additional charge of $75 per person (depending on availability). Dinner (3 courses and wine included) is served at 7:30 p.m. – or earlier or later by arrangement – in our spacious dining room. The food we serve is very much dependent upon the local produce available on any given day and draws on produce grown at the Lodge when available. We serve predominantly New Zealand wines from the Nelson – Tasman and other regions, but some international selections are available. These can be purchased to savour while relaxing on our wrap-around decks at the end of the day or to enjoy with dinner.
At Twin Waters Lodge we have two dogs. We do not allow the pets in the guest rooms. Our Lodge is smoke-free, but those who wish to smoke may do so outdoors on the decks. Ash trays are available on request. Children are not catered for at Twin Waters Lodge.
